Custom jewelry is unique because it’s tailored specifically to the artist’s vision, allowing you to express your individual style and personality. Each piece is designed and crafted with care and originality, making it one-of-a-kind and unlike anything you’ll find in traditional jewelry stores.
No as all sales are final. We spend time and effort into making unique creations with care and quality. We can not be responsible for how the jewelry is treated after it leaves our care.
All jewelry creations are unique so we will make a similar piece but NOT exact. For custom orders there will be an additional charge for recreation.
The timeline for creating custom jewelry varies depending on the complexity of the design, materials used, and our current workload. Typically, the process can take anywhere from a few days/weeks to several months from initial consultation to final delivery.
Using the Contact menu option at the top of the website and near the bottom you can contact us as to availability.
When we receive your request we will do the following:
1) Check if item is still available.
2) Format an email to include the items and the final costs.
3) Send you an email with the details in which you (the buyer) will send an E-Transfer payment to the payments@curliajewelry.com to complete the transaction.
4) Item will be shipped to you (if you provided a shipping address) or we will make arrangements to do a pickup.
Payments are made via E-Transfer through your bank OR other financial institution.
All payments for the E-Transfer are sent to payments@curliajewelry.com

This is a small venture for the time being and larger payments formats either cost too much or are too intrusive. In the future depending on the growth and demand of our creations we MAY offer other options down the road.
Our artist (namely Curlia) has a vision and begins the creation. All ideas are unique and inspired freely and not modeled copies.
Due to the delicate nature of the creations, all items are to be inspected at the time of purchase. No returns or warranties/guarantees beyond leaving our care/possession.
This is to provide you an idea of when if it was created. Our creations sell fast and with the creation date you could be the first to purchase it.

We keep our costs down to be able to provide you quality AFFORDABLE creations. Yes there is a few more steps but in time based on demand we may add quicker shopping options. Remember these are NOT mass produced creations so a personal approach is required at times.
